Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Human Design OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Human Design OS provides personalized Human Design chart readings, transit information, AI-powered guidance, and related content. The Service is available via web application and may include both free and paid features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code — are the exclusive property of Human Design OS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you create within HDOS (journal entries, notes, and personal reflections). By using the Service, you grant Human Design OS a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

HDOS owns all chart interpretation content, AI prompts, system designs, and platform features. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any HDOS content without prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content or reports
• Use automated tools to access or collect data from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Use automated tools or bots to generate charts at scale
• Commercially resell, redistribute, or sublicense any HDOS-generated interpretations or content

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are available on Annual ($99/year) and Monthly ($15/month) plans. By subscribing, you authorize Human Design OS to charge your payment method automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

• Cancellation: Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Annual plans: Non-refundable. You retain access through the end of your paid period.
• Monthly plans: No refund for partial months. Access ends at the end of the billing period.
• Price changes: We will provide 30 days' notice before changing subscription pricing.

7. Disclaimer

Human Design OS is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. The readings, charts, and AI-generated guidance are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any reading or interpretation.

Interpretations, readings, and guidance generated by our AI are for self-reflection and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Human Design OS makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI-generated content. Individual results and experiences may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Human Design OS and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
