In the shadow, Gate 7 can manifest as authoritarian leadership or, conversely, as a refusal to step into one's leadership role. There may be a power struggle between wanting to lead and fearing the responsibility that comes with it. This can show up as either dictatorial behavior or a victim mentality about one's influence.
Gift
At the gift level, Gate 7 provides a clear, steady sense of one's role in the larger picture. Leadership flows naturally from simply being in alignment with your own direction. Others are inspired to follow not through force but through the magnetic clarity of someone who knows their role.
